This postcard shows Scenic Drive overlooking part of the city. The text reads, "City from Scenic Drive, El Paso, Texas". The other side reads, "This fine view is seen from the scenic drive, 500 feet above the city around the base of Mt. Franklin, extreme southern end of the American Rockies.
