Trinity Lutheran Church in 3800 Hondo Pass - El Paso, Texas. A member of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS). We mark the 500th anniversary of the Lutheran Reformation, which is on Tuesday, October 31. Lutherans have made history in El Paso since the 1890s. Today there are about a dozen Lutheran churches in the city, and several more in the surrounding region. Congrats on 500!

Trinity was formed in 1969, as mission congregation of the Wisconsin Lutheran Synod. During that time it has been served by seven pastors. In 1985 the congregation decided to open a Lutheran Elementary School, which served hundreds of students over the course of over twenty-five years. Our current location and campus on Hondo Pass have been our home since 1991.
