Nestora Piarote, Tigua Potter

Nestora Piarote was a well know Tigua potter. She is standing in front of the Alderete-Candelaria House circa 1885. A veil draped over head protects her from the weight of the piece. She has a button up shirt and a draped dress fastened by a belt. She is barefoot.
