El Día del Trabajo del Unión
En la década de 1880, el primer Día del Trabajo en los EE.UU tuvieron lugar en diferentes ciudades. En aquel entonces, era sobre los trabajadores que buscan el mejor tratamiento de sus empleadores. En el año 1894 Presidente Grover Cleveland convirtió en ley este martes el Día nacional del Trabajo, y la ley establece esta fiesta que se celebra cada primer lunes de septiembre. Con el paso de los años se fue, y de los sindicatos fue más fuerte y más amplia, el Día del Trabajo fue, en efecto, un día para celebrar al trabajador. Esta imagen muestra la celebración del Día del Trabajo en El Paso en la década de 1910. EL desfile tuvo lugar en el que estos hombres con sus coches.
