Proclamation Honoring Judge Alvarez

After serving our community for nearly 30 years as Judge of County Court at Law #3, the Honorable Javier Alvarez is retiring. May he enjoy retirement and more time with his grandchildren and family. Thank you, Judge Alvarez, for your service.
