El Paso native, Tino Ortega, follows an artistic style based on photorealism and seeks inspiration from everyday life. Over the years Ortega gained interest in the concept of mylar ballon murals and noticed no similar style of art was created around El Paso. Another sample of his work "Rainbow Ballons" can be seen in the alley at 501 Texas Ave near downtown El Paso, TX.
