Railway Warehouse 1896
Railway Warehouse 1896
Visible from the 54 Patriot Freeway. Built in 1896 on Ft. Bliss, was initially used as a warehouse for the rail way that went through the area. Then was used in a variety of functions until it’s current use as a warehouse. This building is also on the National Historic Registry as one of the original Ft. Bliss buildings left standing along with the other buildings built in 1904 and on(i.e. The old post hospital, the isolation ward, etc.).
