Jefferson W. Hall
Jefferson W. Hall nació en Greenville, Carolina del Sur, en 1827. Jefferson se mudó a Missouri y luego al “lone star state”, Texas. Jefferson sirvió en la Guerra Méxicana y se estableció en el Condado de El Paso. Fue elegido para la Cámara de Representantes de Texas en 1857, elegido de nuevo en 1859 y 1863. En la Cámara de Representantes de Texas se desempeñó como Presidente de Asuntos Indígenas y Privilegios y Elecciones. Jefferson no estaba casado. Fue considerado "fiel y atento y complaciente que es universalmente exitoso en asuntos en los que su electorado está interesado.” En albañilería, fue miembro de El Paso Lodge # 130 A.F. &A.M. y sirvió como el primer azulejista de la logia.
