Visión general de El Paso, miranda hacia el este. En el lado derecho de la imagen el O. T. Bassett Torre se puede ver. Fue construido en 1930 por el conocido arquitecto Henry C. Trost, quien diseñó muchos edificios de este distrito. La Torre está registrada en el Registro Nacional de Lugares Históricos, en el que se destaca la decoración rica y detallada. La arquitectura que examplifies los acontecimientos en ese momento. Hasta el día de hoy que contribuye de manera significativa en el paisaje urbano comercial de El Paso.
