Sagrado Corazon mural painted by Francisco Delgado, the mural is painted on the outside wall of the church's gymnasium and faces Father Rahm Street. In the mural are people who make up the story of the Segundo Barrio, both past and present. They include Pancho Villa, who used to hide out on Oregon Street; the Rev. Carlos Pinto, Sacred Heart founder; Olivas Aoy, the first principal of Sacred Heart School; and city councilman Victor Ochoa, who went on to invent a flying machine. There's also a depiction of Juan Manuel Castañeda, who was well known in the barrio for blessing people every chance he got.
