Proyecto Caballos para Héroes de JLEP
En 2019-2020, la Junior League de El Paso se asoció con Compadres Therapy, Inc. para proporcionar terapia asistida por caballos (EAT) para apoyar a las familias de militares y veteranos de El Paso. EAT ofrece una gama de tratamientos y actividades con caballos que promueven la salud física y mental del ser humano. Este programa trabaja para proporcionar esta terapia a las familias que forman parte de la Unidad de Transición de Guerreros, el Programa de Miembros Excepcionales de la Familia de Fort Bliss y el Hogar de Veteranos del Estado de Texas para proporcionar servicios personalizados de salud física y mental.
