Este reloj está instalado en San Jacinto Plaza. La inscripción en letras doradas: "El Paso 1911 ". El reloj fue hecho en 1911 por E. Howard & Company de Boston. Julius Alberts joyería lo donó a la ciudad en 1929 y fue restaurado en el año 2005. En la parte de atrás el Mills edificio es visible.
