La ciudad de El Paso organizó un servicio conmemorativo comunitario para reflejar y recordar a las víctimas del tiroteo masivo del 3 de agosto y ofrecer un lugar de curación y apoyo a la comunidad. El servicio conmemorativo se celebró el miércoles 14 de agosto de 2019 en el Southwest University Park en el centro de El Paso, frente al Museo de Historia de El Paso.
