St. Louis St. (La calle Mills hoy en día) hacia el oeste. El edificio federal (esquina de St. Louis y Oregon) y el hotel Sheldon se pueden ver a la izquierda. San Jacinto Plaza está justo enfrente del Edificio Federal, en el lado derecho de la foto. El edificio de dos pisos frente al Hotel Sheldon era el edificio original de Mills. Anson Mills derrumbó el edificio a fines de 1909 para comenzar la construcción en el nuevo e histórico edificio Mills diseñado por el estudio de arquitectura Trost & Trost. La Casa Blanca y el Hotel McCoy aún no se habían construido.
