Kate Moore Brown fue la primera presidenta de la Junta Internacional de Museos de El Paso. Kate Moore Brown fue presidenta del Club de Mujeres de El Paso. Hoy el Turney Home es el Museo Internacional de Arte. Esta casa ahora convertida en museo tiene colecciones de Asia, África y muchos puntos cercanos y lejanos. De la exhibición de la Séptima Muralla de los Gigantes en 2016.
