Ronald D'Emory Coleman - El Paso, Tejas
Ronald D. Colmen, un diputado de los Estados Unidos nativo de El Paso, nació el 29 de Noviembre de 1941. Recibió su licenciatura de la Universidad de Texas en El Paso en 1963 y su pos grado en abogacía de la Escuela de Leyes de la Universidad de Texas en 1967 y también asistió a la Universidad de Kent en Canterbury, Inglaterra en 1981. Fue capitan del ejercito de los Estados Unidos de 1967 a 1969 y después se dedicó a ser maestro en el sistema de educación pública de El Paso. Fue asistente legal en la legislatura de Texas y fue aceptado a practicar leyes en Texas en 1969. Fue funcionario judicial del condado de 1969-1973 y fue electo a la Cámara de Diputados de Texas de 1973 a 1982. En 1974 fue delegado de la convención constitucional de Texas y en ese mismo año fue electo como demócrata al 98vo. Congreso y reelecto consecutivamente por dos períodos más (3 de enero de 1983 a Enero 3 de 1989).
