Carl Robinson: Northeast City Representative - District 4
Carl Robinson is a member of the El Paso City Council in Texas, representing District 4. First elected in 2009, he was not eligible to run for re-election in 2017 due to term limits.

Mr. Robinson also served as a County commissioner. He was defeated in the 2022 Democratic Party run off in May of that year.
As a County Commissioner in 2020 Robinson voted against keeping Segundo Barrio a single unit for the purposes of historic preservation.
