La imagen se muestra en El Paso County Courthouse, que alberga el El Paso Condado Gobierno desde 1991. La entrada principal en el lado norte del edificio está construido en granito rojo de Texas, se extiende hacia arriba a la altura del quinto piso del edificio principal, y se ha creado en la tradicional forma de suroeste de azotea misión. Toda la estructura está recubierto de vidrio azul cielo formando un telón de fondo para el granito rojo entrada. El piso de arriba, o xiii historia, se conoce como la mecánica ático. Todo el equipo de calefacción y refrigeración se controla desde la oficina del administrador del edificio.
