James J Carter II Veteranos de la Segunda Guerra Mundial

La historia de los negros que sirvieron en la Segunda Guerra Mundial en El Paso, Texas que aún sobreviven. El Sr. Carter era un sargento promovido durante la guerra, pero al regresar a Estados Unidos después de la guerra tuvo que ser degradado por temor que por ser negro tuviera un rango superior a un NCO blanco. Más tarde recuperó su rango y se retiró como un maestro sargento.
