Tai chi, también llamado tai chi chuan, es un sistema no competitivo, a su propio ritmo de suave ejercicio físico y estiramiento. Cada postura fluye hacia el siguiente sin pausa, asegurando que su cuerpo esté en constante movimiento. Tai Chi tiene muchos estilos diferentes. Cada estilo puede enfatizar sutilmente diversos principios y métodos del tai chi. Hay variaciones dentro de cada estilo.
