Entrada al Hotel De Soto. El Hotel De Soto en la avenida Mills ha sido un constante en la escena del centro de El Paso por más de cien años. Establecido en 1905, sus pasillos todavía son hogares de algunas decenas de inquilinos vivientes y respirando. Y algunos que no lo son.
