El White House Department Store es parte del Mills edificio, situadas en este sitio desde 1912. Originalmente, el edificio de hormigón armado encuentra una tienda y el Hotel McCoy. Hoy, las oficinas y los Starbucks coffee shop se encuentra en el edificio renovado. La foto fue tomada de Pioneer Plaza.
