Esta imagen muestra a la Universidad de Texas en El Paso (UTEP) enfrente del monte Cristo Rey. La estatua de piedra caliza de Cristo en la cima de la montaña mide 13 metros desde la base. Fue construida por el escultor Urbici Soler en 1939. Esta situada en Nuevo México. La base sureña de la montaña esta muy cerca de la frontera con México. UTEP celebra su centenario en el 2014, la escuela se fundó en 1914 con el nombre de Escuela de Minas y Metalurgia del Estado de Texas. El Paso Community College Río Grande Campus en primer plano.
