La puerta Kern Place (1916-1954) contó con varios símbolos místicos , incluyendo un calendario del zodiaco , la cresta de la familia Kern y 444 globos de luz eléctrica que iluminaba las palabras " Kern Place ". Fue llamado un monumento a " Lady Luck ". De pie cerca de pilar izquierdo es Peter Kern.

Judging by Peter Kern's height in this photo, the top of the gate must have been over 40 feet tall.
