El Alcalde de la Ciudad de El Paso, Oscar Leeser, entregó la “Llave de la Ciudad” a el Embajador de México en Estados Unidos, Miguel Basañez y al reconocido artista mexicano, Sebastian, durante la recepción inaugural de “Knot: El arte de Sebastian” el pasado 23 de febrero en El Paso Museum of Art.
