Fue construida en 1882 pero fue incendiada en 2012. El edificio fue diseñado en estilo italiano y había albergado el Primer Banco Nacional hasta 1933 y la ley las oficinas del famoso pistolero John Wesley Hardin. Se encuentra situado en la intersección de East San Antonio y El Paso de las calles desde el Hotel Camino Real.
