A series of highway interchanges make up the "Spaghetti Bowl." Interstate 10 is shown left to right. Patriot Freeway runs off top right. America's shortest freeway, less than one mile in length, runs off bottom left to the International Bridge. This is designated I-110. Photos from Frank Mangan's book, El Paso in Pictures.
