V2 Misile, Fort Bliss Museo

El Jueves, 29 de mayo de 1947, el alemán V2 como este fue lanzado desde White Sands Proving Grounds en Nuevo México. Era sólo una prueba. Jalãn, que se estrelló y explotó 3 ½ millas de la ciudad Juárez. Aunque no tengan una ojiva, el cráter resultante fue de 24 pies de profundidad y 50 pies de ancho.
