Frank W. Gorman Jr.

Frank W. Gorman Jr. fue nombrado miembro de la Comisión Histórica de Texas (THC) en 1996, reelegido en 2001, y se desempeñó como comisionado hasta 2007. Fue presidente de Gorman, Inc. 1966-96. Sirvió como presidente de la Asociación Sun Bowl, la Sociedad Histórica del Condado de El Paso, y la Fundación de la Universidad Estatal de Nuevo México.
