Este 1969 "Carrusel" flotante fue el primero creado por la colaboración de bancos en El Paso. First State, Basset National, Northgate National, Citizens State, Coronado State y American Bank of Commerce se unieron para construir esta colorida carroza que desfilo por las calles de El Paso.
