Niños y sus padres tuvieron la oportunidad de dar un vistazo fuera de horas en El Paso Zoo durante la Noche de Diversión en Familia el 30 de septiembre. Actividades para la entera familia incluían dos nuevos aspectos, el Hunt Family Desert Spring (la fuente en el desierto de familia Hunt) y el African Star (Estrella Africana) tren, ademas de música, baile, globos de saltar, juegos, pintura de la cara, comidas para toda la familia, bebidas para niños, cerveza, vino, oportunidades de fotos y mucho más. El zoológico inauguro las exposiciones Africa y las America’s Plaza fuera de horas con una mirada especial de los leones, meerkats, zebras, jirafas, gacelas y otros animales.
