Aguacero es un 45-pie escultura de acero abstracta de altura que evoca un desierto de lluvia El Paso. Aguacero fue comisionado como puerta de bienvenida para los viajeros que viajan hacia el norte en El Paso. Artista: Sebastian Sebastián (nacido en 1947) es considerado el escultor viviente más importante de México. Él es mejor conocido por estructuras monumentales construidas en hierro o de cemento pintado, vistos en ciudades de todo el mundo, desde la Ciudad de México a Osaka, Japón.
