Artista: Art García Diseño de García de Campbell St está influenciada por la rica historia de la Bataan ferrocarril. Se sintió particularmente atraído por conmemorar a aquellos detrás de la construcción del ferrocarril, desde los trabajadores a los civiles líderes-y rendir homenaje a esos rostros que a menudo son pasados por alto. Su diseño consiste en un rostro de perfil que dan la ilusión de una cara 3D al caminar por la valla.
