Artista: Leticia Huerta Concepto de diseño de Huerta se inspira y se basa en la arquitectura que rodea los edificios del centro de El Paso y de la histórica Plaza San Jacinto. Sus diseños incluyen influencias de los diseños españoles / morisca que se encuentran en el edificio Kress y los cocodrilos que vivió en el corazón del centro.
