Arte Público Artist: Cesar Ivan Material: Baldosa, acero y Stained Contrecte Como parte de un proyecto de renovación de la Ciudad de El Paso Pat O'Rourke Recreation Center, artista Cesar Ivan fue el encargado de ayudar a integrar elementos de arte público en un patio situado en el interior del centro de recreación. Floración Árboles y esquemas de colores se compone de 4 árboles esculturales, de color integrado en la coloración del hormigón y el revestimiento superficial aplicado a las tablas y los taburetes de diseño personalizado. Como tal, el artista incorpora "Floración Árboles y esquemas de colores", haciendo que el espacio uno de diversión, relajación
