Arte Público Artistas: Cynthia Patterson y Hank Saxe Materiales: Vidrio dicroico, Acero y Concreto Confluencia en las observaciones de terminales céntrico del tránsito en la posición única de El Paso como centro de tránsito y de paso entre México y Estados Unidos. Combinando las columnas de acero en forma de arco y tirantes cruzados con un relleno de elementos metálicos y de cristal curvilíneo, esta escultura abstracta hace referencias metafóricas al sol El Paso, el río y valle de montaña. Midiendo 25 metros de altura, esta escultura presenta un marcador icónica, muy visible para todos los desplazamientos y visitar la Terminal de Tránsito Downtown.
