La imagen muestra el Pioneer Plaza en la década de 1910. Uno puede ver la Casa Blanca Departamento tienda justo en frente. Fue inaugurado en 1912 y diseñado por el estudio de arquitectura Trost y Trost. Albergaba una tienda de abajo y el Hotel McCoy en los niveles superiores. Junto a él, el Edificio Mills se puede ver. Terminado en 1911 también por Trost y Trost, que fue uno de los edificios más grandes de todos los concretos entonces construidos. Plaza San Jacinto está a la derecha de la imagen. Dos tranvías están cruzando. Eran muy populares y también conectaban El Paso con México.
