Henry M. Walker - Secretario de la Union Laboral Central de El Paso
Henry M. Walker sirvió en 1898 en Galveston, Texas como presidente del Laboral de Galveston, secretario de la Asociación Nacional de Protección de Vendedor al Por Menor de América 130, empleado de la lectura de la Unión Tipográfica Internacional 28, y secretario reportero de Houston y Galveston y fue presidente de la Impresión Internacional de Impresores y Asistentes Unión de América del Norte 71. Para 1901 él era un organizador general para la Asociación Internacional de Protección de los Vendedores al Por Menor, sirviendo en Denver. Más tarde, en El Paso, Tex., fue secretario (1910) y luego secretario-tesorero (1911-13) de la Unión El Paso Central de Trabajo y publicó el Abogado del Trabajo (1910-11) y la Unión de Texas (1912-14 ).
