Henry M. Walker sirvió en 1898 en Galveston, Texas como presidente del Laboral de Galveston, secretario de la Asociación Nacional de Protección de Vendedor al Por Menor de América 130, empleado de la lectura de la Unión Tipográfica Internacional 28, y secretario reportero de Houston y Galveston y fue presidente de la Impresión Internacional de Impresores y Asistentes Unión de América del Norte 71.
