La señorita Claire Kelly presidió como Reina del Carnaval, con una corte de doce Damas de Honor, las atracciones en el Carnaval incluyeron una fuente eléctrica; Lunette, la Dama del vuelo; Bosco, el hombre serpiente; una erupción volcánica simulada; lazar, atar y concursos de montar; batallas de confeti y serpientes; y las corridas de toros diarias, justo al otro lado de la frontera en Ciudad Juárez.
