Cornelia Love was the College of Mines (now UTEP) beauty in the 1930s. She was the daughter of the famous Dr. Love who created the hospital on wheels. (This comment is from her granddaughter, Margaret Owen Currier) : Cornelia Love Owen was a founding member of El Paso County Historical Society and active in the Woman's Club of El Paso which was instrumental in bringing attention to Women's Right to Vote.
