Kitchen, Hilton Hotel, El Paso, TX circa 1935

La imagen muestra la cocina y los cocineros en el Hotel Hilton en 1930. El hotel, diseñado por Henry C. Trost abrió por primera vez. El Hilton sirvió como uno de los más modernos y lujosos en la ciudad. En 1963, el Hotel fue vendido y empezó a operar como el Hotel Plaza hasta 1990 cuando fue cerrado.
