The Horizon Golf and Conference Center (formerly known as the Emerald Spring Golf and Conference Center) was reopened in November 2013 after a three years closure. Nestled in the sandy hills of East El Paso, Emerald Springs rich heritage becomes apparent immediately with 60 foot Oak trees and tall Willows waving greetings to all visitors. Emerald Springs is an oasis sitting high above the Rio Grande Valley. The lush green and deceptively hilly fairways create a unique topography for the region. Built on a natural spring in 1963, this jewel of the Southwest was renovated in 2007.
