The Queen and Escort

In 1961, the courtship of Hector and Rosario begins. In the crowning event, Rosario becomes Queen of the annual Ball of the Juarez Casino, in downtown Juarez. Hector Jr. dances with his Reina then, now and always!

The Courtship

Hector Holguin and Maria del Rosario Gomez Goeldner in 1964. They were married on the 4th day of April 1964 at El Sagrado Corazon Church in Juarez. The celebration continued at a reception at the Casino Juarez with the entire family, countless friends and even strangers.

Weekends in Juarez

Rosario and Hector with their young daughters Rosarito and Mara at the Juarez Country Club (el Campestre) in 1969. Rosario dedicated every day to her Daughters to enjoy countless friends and cultural events, including Juarez birthday celebrations of birthdays. Hector played on the Campestre Juarez tennis team.

On Top of the World

Blessed 4th day of April 2022: Hector and Rosario celebrate their 58th Wedding Anniversary with their four daughters: Rosario, Mara, Lili, Annaelisa with Son-in-Law Sid Steadman; and granddaughter Ella Aguilera, at the rooftop of the Plaza Hotel in downtown El Paso.
