The Sun Bowl was chartered in 1934 making it the second oldest college bowl game. In celebration of the game, soon thereafter, an annual parade was established. The image shows the Sun Bowl Parade in 1959.

The Sun Bowl began in 1934, making it one of the oldest Bowl games in the U.S. The parade in this picture is going by the First Baptist Church building.
