The ruins of Columbus, New Mexico. After the raid by Pancho Villa. In 1916, Pancho Villa led an army of about 1,500 guerillas across the border to stage a brutal raid against the small American town of Columbus, New Mexico. Buildings are in ruins, while a soldiers stands guard. In the background you can still see smoke. Image portrays the destruction cause by Pancho Villa and his army.
