Calle de Comercio in Juarez
The notation on image says: " No. 23 The Triumphal Entry D.W. Hoffman." This pictures shows the Calle de Comercio, which was an important business street in Juarez in the beginning of the 20th century (now Vicente Guerrero). The picture was taken during the Mexican Revolution, though the exact date is unknown. Many men are gathering on the street, in front are men on horses with rifles. The group behind them is holding an American (right) and a Mexican (left) flag. The building to the left is the destroyed post office.
