Chalk the Block 2019 Best of Show Winner Andrea Torres

Local artist Andrea Torres works on her 10' X 5' chalk art design for the juried chalk art competition. Image Description: A female artist is laying face down on the concrete and supporting herself with her elbows as she draws using pastel chalk on the sidewalk.
