EPMH Mojiganga in Dia De Los Muertos Parade

2019 DDLM parade Image Description: In this color photograph, a giant puppet, or mojiganga, is being paraded through the streets of Downtown El Paso. On the left hand side of the photograph, the mojiganga is being supported by five people wearing all black with calavera face paint. The puppet has a large skull head with rosy cheeks and a smile. She is adorned with large marigold paper flowers and is dressed in a traditional Mexican folk dress. To the right of the photograph, a large crowd of onlookers sit and stand as they watch the parade go by. The skyline features large buildings including the El Paso Museum of History and a hotel framed by a blue sky.
