El Paso Police Department (circa, 1929) CHIEF of Police L.T. Robey. Brother L.T. Robey was a Past Master of El Paso Masonic Lodge #130 A.F. & A.M. His Deputy Chief was also a mason that belonged to the masonic lodge. Chief Robey was loved by everyone in the city and strived to do his job to the best of his ability.
